Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun), holidays and days off.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cargo warehousing, receiving, dispatching and staging of airfreight, air mail and other cargo.
• Direct staff within the cargo operations; monitor performance and staffing needs.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure safety, security, quality and on-time service.
• Maintain compliance with company rules, TSA and security plans; ensure staff wear IDs and badges.
• Support budgetary controls and manning requirements; discipline and coaching as needed.
