Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• 5 years' operational experience in ground handling, cargo, or aircraft fueling services.
• Excellent knowledge of safety practices, procedural compliance and operations delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as functional member of the operational team on a shift basis.
• Coach and coordinate the team assigned to the task.
• Ensure accurate service capturing for invoicing and flight/task reports.
• Lead and train on-the-job as necessary for employees.
• Provide feedback to duty managers for development.
