Worldwide Flight Services in Phoenix seeks a Supervisor Cargo Services to oversee all cargo operation activities, coordinate staffing, safety, and TSA compliance at our Phoenix location.

You will monitor performance, coach and guide teams, and ensure adherence to security plans and company rules while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction. AA degree or equivalent with 6 months to 1 year of related experience required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent with 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and days off.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control all aspects of cargo operation.
• Oversee staffing, discipline, coaching, hiring and termination of subordinates.
• Ensure compliance with TSA regulations and company security plans.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality and customer relations.
• Communicate with customers and manage operational issues as needed.
