TOTE Maritime Alaska in Tacoma, WA seeks an Operations Specialist to support Vehicle and Cargo Management. The role covers bookings, customer service, and issue resolution across dayside and nightside shifts. Prior transportation experience is required, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in transportation required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, assign and update trailer/vehicle bookings, Bills of Lading and Transport bookings.
• Support customers by answering questions, tracking cargo, and resolving issues.
• Coordinate hazardous shipments and understand regulations.
