What We’re Looking For

INH Properties is seeking a full-time responsible Caretaker for an apartment building located in Mankato, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to keep the grounds and buildings in good repair.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle minor maintenance items throughout complex.
• Clean and maintain the common areas of the building.
• Keep the complex in the best state of repair and cleanliness at all times.
