Job summary

INH Properties seeks a part-time Caretaker to manage two apartment buildings in St. Cloud, MN. The role focuses on grounds and building upkeep, minor maintenance, and turnover preparations for new residents.

The successful candidate will clean common areas, enforce building rules, and assist with turnovers, while enjoying potential rent credits and flexible, part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience.
• Ability to take initiative and to problem solve.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to use common sense judgment in day-to-day matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle minor maintenance items throughout complex.
• Clean and maintain the common areas of the building.
• Keep the complex in the best state of repair and cleanliness at all times.
• Pick up paper, garbage, and debris from grounds and parking lots.
• Enforce the rules and regulations of the complex.
• Clean and touch-up paint units upon turnovers.
• Assisting with the turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month).

What We’re Looking For:

INH Properties is seeking a part-time responsible Caretaker for two apartment buildings located in St. Cloud, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to keep the grounds and buildings in good repair.

Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)

• Handle minor maintenance items throughout complex.
• Clean and maintain the common areas of the building.
• Keep the complex in the best state of repair and cleanliness at all times.
• Pick up paper, garbage, and debris from grounds and parking lots.
• Enforce the rules and regulations of the complex.
