Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to join our growing team and help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

We proudly serve private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES participants, with weekly pay, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, and ongoing growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks.
• Strong communication skills and reliable transportation are required.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
• Dependable, professional and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings
