Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee seeks experienced caregivers to support private-pay clients and those in VA and CHOICES programs. You will assist with daily living activities, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility, and companionship in clients' own homes.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay, paid time off after 30 days, and a 90-business-day performance evaluation. Insurance benefits begin after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.
