Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers in Tennessee to provide in-home support, helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Roles include daily living assistance, mobility aid, meal prep, light housekeeping and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living

• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance

• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
