Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers in Tennessee to provide in-home care for private-pay clients, VA, and CHOICES programs. Full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay and room for growth.

We offer paid time off after 30 days, a 90-day performance evaluation, and insurance benefits after 60 days, with opportunities to serve clients across Tennessee and support from a dedicated scheduling team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member.
