Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to make a difference by providing in-home care that keeps clients safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We serve private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES participants.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, weekly pay, 30-day accrual for PTO, and opportunities to grow with our expanding team across the state.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member.
