We provide personalized in-home care that keeps clients safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES programs.

• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member
