Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to join a growing team. We provide in-home care that keeps clients safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation and planning.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders and supervision.
• Companionship and client support.
• Follow individualized client care plans.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Report changes in a client's condition to the team.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with activities of daily living

• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
• Dependable, professional and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings
