Senior Helpers of Western Cuyahoga & Lorain Counties is actively seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to help seniors remain safe and comfortable in their own homes in North Olmsted, OH. We offer training and support to succeed, with shifts based on client schedules and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Proven reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening.
• Care giving experience preferred but not required but must be willing and able to perform all responsibilities noted above.
• Parkinson’s and Dementia care experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Be available for shifts based on client’s schedule.
• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, personal hygiene, dressing and grooming, toileting and adult diapering.
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals
• Provide medication reminders.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition and accurately document care provided.
• Communicate effectively with clients and office staff.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Be available for shifts based on client’s schedule
• Assist clients with daily living activities including:
• Bathing, personal hygiene, dressing and grooming, toileting and adult diapering
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals
• Provide medication reminders

Pay & Benefits

• Location: Immediate shifts North Olmsted, OH and surrounding areas
• Weekday Pay: $16 - $19/hr. Weekend Premium Pay: $17 - $20/hr.
• Schedules Available: Weekdays & Weekends | 9AM-1:00PM
