Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers and CNAs to help clients live safely and independently at home. We offer 2 to 4 hour weekday morning shifts and a supportive team.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility transfers, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, and documenting care via our care app. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with smartphone apps.
