Job summary

CareDiem Home Care in Illinois is hiring compassionate caregivers and CNAs to help clients live safely and independently at home. We are seeking on-going 4-hour shifts on weekends or weekdays 1pm to 5pm.

Duties include personal care, mobility, meal prep, reminders, companionship, and using our care app to clock in and document visits. Applicants should have 1+ year caregiving experience; CNA/HHA preferred but not required; CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with smartphone apps.
