Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to help clients live safely and independently at home. Shifts are 2 to 4 hours on weekday mornings, with ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, meal prep, reminders for medications, companionship, and documenting care via a care app. Valid ID and background checks are required; CPR/First Aid preferred or willing to obtain.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private)
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization
• TB test, background check, drug screen
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Comfortable with smartphone apps
