Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is seeking compassionate, skilled caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home. Join a supportive team and work steady 4-hour shifts on weekends or weekdays.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, and using a care app to clock in and document care. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, 24/7 office support, ongoing training and caregiver appreciation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with smartphone apps.

• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Give medication reminders as directed.
