Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and skilled caregivers to support clients in living safely and independently at home. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in people's lives, with the backing and appreciation of a supportive team.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship. Ideal candidates will have caregiving experience and a desire to learn and grow in their role with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience in agency or senior living community.
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• Must have valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• Must pass TB test, background check, and drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable using or willing to learn smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take their medications.
• Offer companionship and safety supervision.
• Use a care app for clocking in and documenting care.
