Senior Living Residences in Westfield, Massachusetts, seeks a Resident Care Associate (CNA, HHA) to provide direct care to our senior residents in a safe, home-like environment.

Join a team recognized for quality and inclusivity, with flexible shifts (3:00 PM–11:00 PM and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM) and competitive hourly pay starting at $18, plus shift differentials. Benefits include DEI initiatives, referral bonuses, and health-focused perks.

Formación

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA).
• Physical requirements: Standing, walking, bending, lifting as needed.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team.
• Punctuality & reliability: Dependable daily presence for resident care.

Responsabilidades

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Join or lead activities with residents.
• Track care and tasks using the EHR system.
• Assist housekeeping with light housekeeping tasks.
• Escort residents to meals and dining services as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain a respectful, inclusive environment.

Available Shifts

• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Full Time
• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Full Time

Pay & Benefits

Rates start at $18 per hour; We do offer shift differentials (additional pay for certain hours)

What Our Resident Care Associates Do

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)**
• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
