Job summary

Neville Place in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Resident Care Associate (CNA, CHHA) to provide direct, compassionate care to our senior residents in a safe, home-like setting. Per diem shifts available with $19.70/hour and a $3 night differential. Join a team recognized for excellence and inclusive benefits.

As part of Senior Living Residences, you will support activities, document care, and collaborate across departments to ensure a respectful, engaging living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA).
• Physical requirements: standing, bending, transferring residents.
• Excellent communication with residents and coworkers.
• Punctuality and reliability to support daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Join or lead activities with residents.
• Track care and tasks using an electronic health record system.
• Assist housekeeping with light duties.
• Escort residents to meals and support dining services as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to foster a cooperative environment.

What Our Resident Care Associates Do

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)**
• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
