Job summary

Heights Crossing in Brockton, MA, seeks dedicated Resident Care Associates to provide compassionate, direct personal care to our senior residents. Full-time shifts available with competitive starting pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work across departments, support daily living activities, assist with dining, and help maintain a safe, home-like environment while upholding our commitment to dignity and respect for all residents.

Qualifications

• Certification: CNA or CHHA required.
• Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
• Punctuality and reliability – essential for daily living activities.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Full Time

2:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Full Time

10:00 PM - 6:00 AM: Full Time

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $18 per hour

WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO:

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care

• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)**
• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
