Forestdale Park in Malden, MA is hiring a Resident Care Associate (CNA, HHA) to provide direct care to our senior residents. The role offers 7:00 AM–3:00 PM full-time and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM part-time shifts with every other weekend commitment.

The position pays starting at $19 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits program. Qualified candidates hold CNA or CHHA certification and demonstrate compassion, reliability, and effective communication.

Available Shifts

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Full Time with every other weekend commitment

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Part Time with every other weekend commitment

What Our Resident Care Associates Do

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)**
• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
