Job summary

Arosa is seeking care professionals to support seniors at home in California. You will assist with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and help ensure safety and comfort in the home. A compassionate, patient, and communicative approach is essential for building trust with clients and families.

We support your growth with online and in-person training, merit increases, and a referral program. We will assist with HCA registration and ensure compliant onboarding processes for

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English are encouraged.
• Compassionate, patient and caring attitude for seniors.
• HCA registration process assistance is provided.
• Background checks and LiveScan requirements in California.
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, meals, reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support with clients and families.
• Document progress and communicate with the care team regularly.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
