Care Finders, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers for short-shift opportunities in Fitchburg and Leominster. Earn up to $22/hr with additional rewards through our caregiver program. We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, and a supportive, value-driven team devoted to one-on-one home care.

Positions include Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Homemaker, and Heavy Chore with flexible schedules — full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts — in the Fitchburg area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
