Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a Russian-speaking caregiver to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care on short shift availability in Massachusetts. Immediate opportunities across Lynn, Salem, Swampscott, and Malden emphasize reliable transportation and MA HHA or Personal Care Homemaker credentials (preferred).

Qualifications

• Proficient in Russian language.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Active MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities including dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Respect diverse client homes and personalities while providing care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
