Care Finders, Inc. in Meriden, CT is seeking compassionate caregivers for in-home support. You will provide one-on-one care, companionship, and daily living assistance in clients' homes.

Starting pay is $16.94 per hour with extra cash through the Caregiver Rewards Program. We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible schedules, and comprehensive benefits to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Available to work in Meriden, CT area.
• Able to work day shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Fluent in Spanish; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility support.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routinesCommunicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly:Be afriendly faceand a steady presence
