Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. in Framingham is seeking compassionate Caregivers for immediate short-shift opportunities. Earn up to $22/hr and extra money through our Caregiver Rewards Program while delivering meaningful, one-on-one home care.

You will provide companionship and daily assistance in clients’ homes, with flexibility for full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts. Paid orientation, weekly pay, benefits, and referral bonuses are offered to qualified helpers.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English
• Availability to work in Framingham
• Willingness to work short hour cases
• Ability to drive to and from client's home with reliable transportation
• Caregiver roles offered: Home Health Aide (HHA), Homemaker

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility
• Deliver daily care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respect client preferences and maintain professionalism
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients

Job Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
