Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. in Huntington, WV is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support and companionship for clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily activities, monitor safety, and help maintain routines with empathy.

We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible full-time and part-time shifts, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and a Caregiver Rewards Program with a referral bonus.

• Reliable transportation; travel between client homes is required.
• Dependable availability; weekend availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
