Job summary

Circle of Life Hospice is seeking caregivers in Northwest Arkansas to deliver compassionate non-medical care including companionship, meal prep, transportation and light housekeeping. You can choose assignments that fit your schedule with flexible PRN options and weekend differential opportunities.

We offer annual raises based on performance, educational assistance up to $2,500 annually, driving time and mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive health insurance for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care including respite, companionship, meal prep, transportation and light housekeeping.
• Support clients with daily living activities and safe mobility.
• Communicate with the care team to align with client needs.

Caregiver Qualifications

Prior caregiving experience preferred. Demonstrates compassion and an ability to build rapport with clients. Able to work independently and demonstrate dependable work habits. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must have valid and current driver's license or the ability to access reliable transportation. Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria.
