Job summary

Circle of Life Hospice is seeking caring individuals to join our Circle of Life Personal Care team in Northwest Arkansas. As a caregiver, you will provide non-medical support to clients, including companionship, meal preparation, transportation, and light housekeeping.

Starting pay is $16.50/hour with weekend differential; education assistance up to $2,500 annually; paid time off for full-time and part-time employees; health insurance for eligible staff; and opportunities for PCA/CNA

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Demonstrates compassion and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate dependable work habits.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have valid and current driver's license or access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care and companionship to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Support clients with transportation and errands.

Caregiver Qualifications
