Job summary

Circle of Life Hospice is expanding its Circle of Life Personal Care team in Northwest Arkansas to provide non-medical care, respite, companionship, meal preparation, transportation, and ADL assistance with the same compassionate approach the organization is known for.

This caregiver role offers starting pay of $16.50/hour with a weekend differential, flexible PRN scheduling, paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, education assistance up to $2,500, certifications support, continuing education

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license or access to reliable transportation.
• Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care including respite, companionship, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, and ADL assistance.
• Support clients in daily activities and safety, maintaining dignity and independence.
• Coordinate with family and caregivers to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Caregiver Qualifications

Prior caregiving experience preferred. Demonstrates compassion and an ability to build rapport with clients. Able to work independently and demonstrate dependable work habits. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must have valid and current driver's license or the ability to access reliable transportation. Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria.
