Job summary

MyPath is hiring a Trainer to work with our DSPs (Caregivers) and more. The Trainer will deliver training across classroom and online formats, ensuring alignment with regulatory and company standards. You will develop curricula, manage registrations, and support employee performance with coaching and feedback.

Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least one year of training or homecare experience, plus a solid understanding of adult education concepts and training processes.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field.
• One year of training experience or homecare experience.
• Understanding and working knowledge of adult education concepts and training processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training for employees in classroom, video conference, and other media forms.
• Develop, review, and maintain training curricula and materials.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to managers.
• Coordinate registration, attendance, and certificates of completion.
• Collaborate with managers to address skill gaps and improve programs.
