Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to prepare caregivers through engaging training and coaching. You will lead orientation, teach policies and best practices, demonstrate caregiving techniques, and foster a welcoming learning environment.

You will mentor caregivers in the field, provide constructive feedback, track learning modules, and keep training records up to date, while staying current on caregiving education best practices.

Qualifications

• Teaches new caregiver orientation sessions.
• Teaches company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Teaches & develops caregivers through orientation and ongoing training.

• Updates training materials and keeps records up to date.
• Supports ongoing learning and improvement of training sessions.
