Job summary

Ceresti Health, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a hands-on Mobile Device Deployment & Fulfillment Technician to manage provisioning, configuration, tracking, and shipping of Android tablets used by families nationwide.

This role blends IT device management, inventory control, and operational execution. You will ensure each tablet is enrolled, configured, quality-checked, and shipped with precision, supporting our growth from dozens to hundreds of devices daily in a fast-paced, onsite

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in IT support and device deployment.
• Experience provisioning Android devices and enrolling in MDM.
• Familiarity with IMEI tracking and hardware asset management.
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite in Boston area.

Responsibilities

• Provision Android tablets and enroll in MDM (Knox, Miradore, Intune).
• Configure apps, settings, and remote access tools; test before shipment.
• Manage shipping labels and track shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and IMEI-to-family mappings.
• Identify workflow improvements to scale volume (30→100+ devices/day).
