Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one in-home care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Wake, Durham, Chatham, and Orange Counties.

Compensation & Schedule

• $16/hr
• Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
• Short commute times—we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home
• $500 SIGN-ON BONUS

Here’s How You Earn It:

$100 — Complete 1st shift
$100 — Work your first 40 hours
$300 — After working 100 hours

That’s $500 TOTAL!

Qualifications for Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP):

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. While we will complete education verification as part of the hiring process, providing a copy of your diploma, GED certificate, or certified/sealed transcripts can help prevent delays if records are difficult to obtain.
• 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities
• Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area
