Family Resource Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers in the Woodinville area to join our team. A valid WA CNA or HCA license, along with a WA driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle, is required.

We service Woodinville, Bothell, Redmond, Kirkland, Bellevue, Issaquah, Snoqualmie, and nearby areas with shifts that vary by client needs, at pay rates of $25.00–$25.50 per hour. We offer flexible scheduling, 24/7 caregiver support, client matching, travel time reimbursement, paid

Formación

• Must hold WA State CNA or HCA license.
• Must have valid WA driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record.
• Active caregiving experience preferred but not required.

Our Woodinville branch is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team! We do require valid CNA or HCA license. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.
We service clients in Woodinville, Bothell, Redmond, Kirkland, Bellevue, Issaquah, Snoqualmie, and nearby surrounding areas! Our shifts and needs are ever-changing. Pay $25.00-$25.50/hr depending on the clients care level.

Example shifts include (but are not limited to):

• 6 a.m.–10 a.m.
• 8 a.m.–12 p.m.
• 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
• 12 p.m.–2 p.m.
• 2 p.m.-4 p.m.

• Ability to transport clients in the caregiver's vehicle
• Comfortable working short shifts and going to more than one client's home in a day

Pay Rate: $25.00-$25.50/hr – with additional shift differential rates!

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)

• Cooking and/or serving meals

• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom

• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies

• Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car

• Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers

• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a video interview and then an in-person interview with our Branch Manager if applicable. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!

• The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older

• Ability to pass a state and national background check

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record

• Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits

• Ability to lift 50lbs

• Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels

• Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
