Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to join our Woodinville/Bellevue area team. Valid WA CNA or HCA license, WA driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance are required. We serve multiple cities with varied shifts, and offer competitive pay and support.

Qualifications

• WA CNA or HCA license active
• WA state driver’s license and auto insurance in your name
• Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Experience in hospice and memory care preferred
• Hoyer lift experience valued
• Nurse delegation capability beneficial
• Ability to transport clients in your vehicle
• Smartphone with AxisCare app access
• Must be 18+ and pass background checks

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily care routines.
• Provide companionship and monitor client well‑being.
• Transport clients between homes or to appointments in your vehicle.
• Document and report on client condition and changes.
• Perform light household tasks and meal preparation.
• Support with transfers using gait belts or Hoyer lift as needed.
• Follow care plans and communication with supervisors.
• Participate in ongoing training and orientation.
• Engage in continuing education opportunities.

Our Woodinville branch is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team! We do require valid CNA or HCA license. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.

We service clients in Woodinville, Bothell, Redmond, Kirkland, Bellevue, Issaquah, Snoqualmie, and nearby surrounding areas! Our shifts and needs are ever-changing. Pay $25.00-$25.50/hr depending on the clients care level.

Current Client Shift:

• Redmond: Mondays: 12pm-4pm
• Bellevue: 24-hour Care: Open availability

Example shifts include (but are not limited to):

• 6 a.m.–10 a.m.
• 8 a.m.–12 p.m.
• 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
• 12 p.m.–2 p.m.
• 2 p.m.-4 p.m.

Pay Rate: $25.00-$25.50/hr – with additional shift differential rates!

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)

• Cooking and/or serving meals

• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom

• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies

• Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car

• Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers

• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older

• Ability to pass a state and national background check

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record

• Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits

• Ability to lift 50lbs

• Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels

• Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
