Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is hiring a caregiver for short-shift opportunities in Amesbury to provide compassionate in-home care. You’ll assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and support medications reminders as needed.

We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and weekends, plus benefits and career growth. English proficiency and reliable transportation are required; HHA/PC Homemaker certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be available in Amesbury.
• Proficient in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• HHA or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, meals).
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate safety concerns to supervisors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
