We are seeking outstanding individuals to join our nursing team as Resident Assistants/Caregivers. You will make a difference by assisting residents with daily activities of living.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitor and respond to residents’ physical and emotional needs.
• Document tasks such as shift reports, resident records, and service agreements.
• Communicate confidentially with staff about urgent needs and concerns.
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Previous experience is preferred but not required.
