Seniors Helping Seniors® is seeking a Recruitment Operations & Talent Manager to lead caregiver recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and retention. This on-site, full-time role includes managing recruitment from sourcing to onboarding and working with leadership to implement workforce strategies.

You’ll drive caregiver experience, retention initiatives, and alignment with agency growth, while collaborating with a Recruiting Coordinator to ensure successful candidate journeys and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR experience.
• Experience in home care or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle caregiver recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring).
• Develop onboarding, engagement, and retention programs for caregivers.
