Job summary

Senior Helpers West Jacksonville is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the caregiver recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training processes for caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs. This hands-on role requires building a strong candidate pipeline, coordinating with the office and scheduling teams, and ensuring new caregivers are prepared before starting client assignments.

Qualifications

Experience recruiting caregivers or healthcare professionals is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Able to manage multiple applicants and hiring tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable conducting interviews and speaking with applicants by phone.
Maintain confidentiality of applicant and employee information.

Responsibilities

Oversee the recruiting and hiring process for Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs.
Recruit qualified caregivers through job boards, social media, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach.
Manage applicants and candidates through Hireology.
Review applications and resumes and conduct applicant screenings.
Schedule and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
Coordinate Level II background screenings and other required hiring steps.
Extend job offers and guide new hires through onboarding and training.
Enter and maintain caregiver information in WellSky.
