Join us at Seniors Helping Seniors! We are a growing home care agency seeking a Recruitment Operations and Talent Manager to lead caregiver recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
As our agency continues to grow, we're looking for a Recruitment Operations & Talent Manager who understands that exceptional care begins with exceptional caregivers.
This is more than a recruiting role. You will lead the agency's caregiver recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts, helping build a workforce that delivers outstanding care and supports our continued growth. Working closely with a Recruiting Coordinator, you will oversee the caregiver journey from initial candidate engagement through onboarding, development, and long-term success with the agency.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who enjoys recruiting, coaching, problem-solving, and creating programs that help caregivers feel supported, valued, and connected to our mission. You'll partner with agency leadership to develop workforce strategies, improve the caregiver experience, strengthen retention, and ensure we have the talent needed to meet the growing needs of seniors and their families.
Seniors Helping Seniors® provides relationship-centered home care throughout Boulder County, Broomfield County, and parts of Adams County. We specialize in pairing seniors who need support with older adults who want purposeful, flexible work — creating meaningful connections that benefit both.
We are a growing, performance-driven agency grounded in compassion. We believe exceptional care requires more than heart — it requires strong systems, clear standards, measurable outcomes, and leaders who build environments where caregivers feel valued, supported, and set up to succeed.
Our mission is lived out daily through dependable service, thoughtful leadership, and a culture that honors both the seniors we serve and the seniors who serve them.
If you're looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, influence agency growth, and help build a workplace where caregivers thrive, we'd love to meet you.
