Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably two to three years.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong collaboration with staff and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle recruitment for open positions.
• Develop relationships with nursing schools to attract candidates.
• Participate in recruiting events such as job fairs.
• On-board new caregivers in accordance with policies.
• Coordinate background screenings and required licenses/certifications.
