Home Instead Mobile & Baldwin County, AL is seeking a Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator to lead recruitment, training, and engagement for Care Professionals, building a strong, compassionate team and supporting retention.

You will mentor caregivers, ensure compliance, and partner with scheduling to match caregivers with clients, while upholding company values of compassion, integrity, reliability, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, HR, or healthcare administration preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for Care Professional and office positions.
• Manage the applicant pipeline with timely responses.
• Ensure candidates meet state and company requirements, including background checks.
• Partner with Scheduling to match caregivers to clients.
• Lead new hire orientation and ongoing training.
• Uphold EEO, ADA, FMLA, OSHA standards and handle HR processes.
