We Care Senior Care/Home Instead in Bowling Green is seeking a Recruiter to attract top Care Professionals through online posts, walk-ins, and community networking. This role also involves coaching the Care Professional team and conducting annual reviews.

As the face of Home Instead in the community, you will uphold our Love values in every interaction, maintain employment records, and help build high‑quality matches and lasting relationships with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience recruiting top talent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Sales & results driven.
• Strategic thinker.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Develop recruitment strategies online and in the community.
• Schedule and conduct applicant interviews.
• Conduct reference checks, background and motor vehicle checks, and drug screens on all Care Professionals.
• Maintain all employment records in the applicant tracking system.
• Develop engagement strategies to promote retention.
• Coordinate Care Professional schedules with Scheduling Department.
• Meet metrics such as utilization and turnover.
• All other duties as assigned.
