Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, following individualized care plans while building meaningful relationships. You will assist with daily activities, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through conversations and activities to brighten each day.

This role involves collaboration with families and care leaders, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes in care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee's position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
