Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will assist with daily activities, follow care plans, and contribute to a respectful, safe, and engaging living environment.

This role emphasizes compassionate care, clear communication with families and care leaders, and participation in trained-based growth opportunities, including paid training and progression within Sunrise Senior Living.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
