Sunrise Senior Living in Highland Park, IL is seeking a dedicated Caregiver who provides hands-on support with daily living activities, fostering safety, dignity and independence while building meaningful relationships with residents.

You will assist with ADLs, follow ISP, engage residents, support dining, and communicate with families; the role offers paid training, PTO and comprehensive benefits. This position emphasizes care in Memory Care settings and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
