Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Naperville, IL is hiring a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents.

You will assist with daily living activities, follow individualized service plans, promote safety and dignity, and help with dining and activities across memory care and general care settings. Training and growth opportunities are available, with pay range $15.50–$19.40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee's position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
